Beautiful park with lots of hiking trails to the Majella peak of Monte Amaro. Well worth a visit and to spend a few days in this National Park. So much natural beauty.
Natural beauty at its best. If you are looking to enjoy the sights of one of Italy's most beautiful mountain ranges, this is a perfect destination. There are wonderful rustic and authentic Abruzzese restaurants and there are tour opportunities.
My favorite place in Abruzzo.
It’s huge and you just never get tired of exploring it.
You can find all kinds of tracking options here. You can go up there and do yoga (like I did often).
You can have a nice walk with your dogs(of course strong suggest with leash).
You can spot all kinds of wild animals here , so be very careful and prepared.
Great outdoors, with lots of hikes and things to do.
Simply stunning scenery, even if some of the roads are a bit primitive.
The view is breathtaking. Everything is so peaceful. We even touched the ☁️ clouds. definitely we’re coming back for a longer stay.
Beautiful national Park. Monte Amaro is amazing. Long hiking but completely worth it. Wheat her was amazing, cold but little wind. Camosci were around easy to catch with camera
